He Zhong

He Zhong, also called Sarding Nuofu, Jona Nuobuwangdian, and Lao Han, is the author of three poetry collections in Chinese: In the Mountains, Book of Tibet, and Talk about You Talk about Me. His poems and prose have also appeared in many magazines in China. Ethnically a mix of Yugu, Kazakh Uighur, Tibetan, and Mongolian, he lives in Lhasa, Tibet, where he served as editor-in-chief of Tibet Tours and founded Tibet Landscape and Culture. He is also a photographer and filmmaker. (updated 10/2021)
