Lau Malaver

Lau Malaver has published their scholarly work in ASAP/J: Association for the Study of the Arts of the Present Journal; Chiricu Journal: Latina/o Literatures, Arts, and Cultures; Ecumenica: Journal of Performance and Religion; and elsewhere. They are an editorial board member of Transgender Studies Quarterly; have held performance-art residencies at the Denver Art Museum and the B2 Center for Art, Media, and Performance; and served as a working group facilitator with the NYU Institute of Performance and Politics. They are assistant professor of race, ethnic, gender, and sexuality studies at St. Olaf College and live in Minneapolis. (updated 2/2026)
