Shahnaz Habib’s fiction and essays have appeared in Creative Nonfiction, The Guardian, The Caravan, AGNI, The Brooklyn Rail, and elsewhere. Recipient of a fellowship in nonfiction from the New York Foundation for the Arts, she is an editor at Laundry, a literary magazine about fashion. (updated 10/2016)
