Tatyana Shcherbina
Tatyana Shcherbina has emerged as a spokesperson of the new “independent” culture in the Soviet Union. She had six books published in samizdat, several of which are appearing more openly in 1991. She broadcasts cultural commentary regularly on Radio Liberty. (updated 1991)
